well i did a search and it came up empty...where's all the love for the brilliance that is hail, hail??? my gawd i have always loved this song. quite a rocker yet filled with such amazing words and emotions...........

I never really got into it until i heard it on Live on two legs, and then i saw it on Letterman, and then i listened to the words, and when all those 3 things combined i was blown away. I love this song, the lyrics are great- so simple, so meaningful and so honest.

it absolutely does. :cool: sometimes it is scary to hear/read lyrics and so identify........most of pearl jam does that for me. certain songs - yikes - it is all too familiar *inside*.............
