can anybody tell me what this great line from porch and corduroy means?? i just cant figure it out.

BTW, imagine if they released a photo book with all the polaroids eddie took in the early days, just a thought. ;)

    I dunno, could be something to do with being sick of fame, gold diggers, ect. He's sick of people wanting to metaphorically take his picture, when he knows they're not interested in taking his hand, again metaphorically.

    you are talking about two different lines:

    from Porch: "hold my hand, walk beside me..."
    from Corduroy: "take my hand, not my picture..."

    two different lines from two different songs written at two different times in a life... I do not see the similarity...
