Stupid Mop

Can someone refresh my memory on what was the story behind Stupid Mop. I listened to it today after about a year and a half haitus and it's a a very interesting tune to listen to. I remeber somewhat that the audio clips was from some documentery of something like that but that's it. Any one's help is appreciated. thanks.

    I think its just the audio from a documentry on a mental hospital or something that one of the band members saw.

    Just joking. This song is so fucked up. The first time I heard it was while I was sleeping, and I woke to this track that just ruined the cd. Not really ruined, but..

    I personally DON'T think its shit.. I love listening to it...Scared me the first time, but then i fell in love with it

    As for what it was about:
