  • I've gotta say W.M.A .. I love how the band structured this song!
"This is a public service annowncement... with guitars!!"
  • ummm,,,, deep, whipping, immortality, last exit, dissident, why go ,ONce, i'm open, present tense, in hiding, low light, mfc,and the always excellent

it's only after you've lost everything ...that you are free to do anything....(Fight Club)

... I'll ride the wave...where it takes me....
  • And rearviewmirror I forgot that lol thats one of my favourite songs so i know I dont underrate it but a lotta ppl do for some reason...the whole BAND is really underrated...thats almost the beauty of it...they dont need to be one of those stupid way-too-popular happy-go-lucky bands with no decent music! they're superior to all of them so they dont need the whole world following them around...they have REAL fans!
    oh yes

and i see youre new here

us real fans apprecciate the hell out of those songs, especially immortality :)

and on the whole, immortality is on a "mainstream album" (better man) and was completely ignored.
Come on pilgrim you know he loves you..

Yes...that, cause of Jeff's bass line, "Deep" cause Jeff wrote it (hehe), and particularly "Insignificance", which I still say is Ed's best composition.

Breakerfall. It's such a great ablum opener. I'd also say Sleight of hand from Binaural.

And then there is so many from Riot Act such as 1/2 full, Can't Keep, and Save you.

Agreed, In my Tree is a real gem, one of their best.

I personally think Cant' Keep is an amazing song.
    The energy, the message,...

    I lived, all this life,
    like an ocean in disguise,
    I wont live forever,
    You can keep me here.....

    Forgive every being,
    the bad feelings
    it just me,
    I will live forever
    you cant keep me here...

that song is f'in unique, and I remember when Riot Act came out I went to Tower Records, and played it on a sampler head set, I heard th first 30 seconds of that song and took the Cd wen t tot he register,...It's been over a 2 years now...
Riot Act is a fine piece of work!
Cannot wait for the next album, I hope they really reach down deep for the next piece

    I agree with gtfly.

Corduroy is one of those songs that make you think about things and gives you those butterflies when it reaches a certain point. Has to be one of my favourite songs to listen to when im out on the hills.
