I have quite a few versions of this tune on some older bootlegs most of which are the same take w/ varying sound qualities. Does anyone dig this song or has it faded into obscurity? Actually when I think about it I don't know much about it...is it an original or a cover...any extra info on it would be appreciated and if anyone has a nice "clean" sounding version of it I'd like to know where I could find it. Thanks in advance for answering what is undoubtedly an old question that has been beaten to death on the boards.

    I got the studio version, if u want it just PM it. Its a Pearl Jam song, one of my favourites.

    It's one of my favourites too, the best version I could find was in the Mookie Blaylock Demos.

    Yeah I have that one as well and it's not bad. I wonder why they didn't put this one on Lost Dogs. I can think of a few tracks this could of replaced (sweet lew?).

    I wonder the same thing, I don't understand why is so underrated it's such an amazing song.

    How could you have heard a few versions? I heard that it was only played once at the Off ramp (first show) anyway yeah its a great song. you can find the studio demo at http://www.f4kin-up.net

    He was talking about the studio versions, there are 2 or 3 different ones.

    good call! I've never heard anyone here mention it but I love that song. i've got a live one from 92ish - don't know where they played it tho.

    I wonder if the band somehow reworked this song and it turned into "Of the Girl"?

    Amazing song which they need to bring back...the first time i heard it, or maybe really listened to it, was on the green habit compilation...i love this song... :)
