  • Both Pittsburgh shows were equally Great. Awaiting shipment of bootleg CDs for both nights. Wondering if N2 will be three CDs?

I might be going to see Paul McCartney next week. If so, I plan on driving in from Philly area and I am looking for suggestions where I can park, so I can get out of there ASAP for my drive back home that night.  I'm willing to walk (a mile or so) if that's what it takes.  Appreciate any suggestions.

Its probably about a 20 minute walk, or you could that the T, there’s a station there… but if you park on the north shore by the stadiums there’s a ramp that takes you right to 376 which connects to the pike.

I am going as well and staying at the Marriott next to the venue. I won’t have a car. Do you want me to see how much parking would be if I added it to my room? PM me if you want.

All this talk of a Paul McCartney show next week in Pittsburgh makes me want to go back 6 month ago and relive night 1 on Friday May 16th. What an amazing time and a great city Pittsburgh was!
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.

    I parked here. https://maps.app.goo.gl/k4zXtSqPrZEofFAj7
It was 15 or 20 dollars? I don't remember exactly but it was less expensive than the lots closer to the arena. Leaving the arena itself was a madhouse - everybody just milling about on the sidewalks, so make sure you exit on the side closest to where you want to go - but I don't recall any delays leaving the parking lot.

For the PJ shows at PPG I parked at the Cambria Hotel next door to the arena. It was less than $30 to park and was really convenient. Exiting the area was straightforward as well: GPS brought us up Centre St to Crawford St where we swung back down to Bedford Ave and an easy drive downtown.

That's an option and I could walk that. Is it a safe walk?

Do you know the address I could put in my GPS?

    Thanks for the response.

It’s perfectly safe.. I parked there and walked to the arena for both Pittsburgh shows to avoid traffic. Google North Shore Champions garage that will get you an addres. There’s also a T  station below the garage that will take you a block or so from the arena for free.

Not sure what day the show is, but if it’s a Sunday with a Steelers home game this won’t work. All the parking will be presold.

I'm surprised you had no problems getting out with the Cambria being so close to PPG. I thought it might've been a cluster-fuck trying to get out from there, after a Show. That an option too.

I appreciate all of your responses.

    Thank You, all.
