    Empty box recd today. Fits my bootleg collection damn near perfectly! Wish it was just a tad wider so the Philly box set would fit inside but at least that has its own slipcase.

    I was a bit bummed out to see this was the case as well after waiting all this time for my box. Kinda curious on why they didn't give any of the 2025 shows some sticker love :(

    I ordered a couple of extra boxes to house some previous years shows, namely 2000 and 2003 boots. The boxes arrived today in excellent condition. 

    An almost perfect fit, but each could have used an additional half inch. For 2000, the last two Seattle boots have to lay flat on top, but nice to get those housed finally. 2003 is a similar situation. Fits all the boots, but the companion guide needs to lay on top. Definitely happy with how these worked out.

    Empty boxes (2) shipped on the 15th, never scanned in to UPS. Nugs is being obtuse and have asked for my order number multiple times, and I have provided it multiple times. Then they just ask for it again. I even linked them the shipping URL they gave me when it shipped, and they're absolutely clueless when it comes to offering any assistance.

    I think i got dinged around $30 customs charge here in Ontario.  
    Tempers are wearing thin. Let's hope some robot doesn't kill everybody.

    I've unfortunately had a very similar and disappointing experience with Nugs.  Ordered the DM tour box and also ordered a Gigaton tour box back in July.  They shipped me the DM box a few weeks ago but no Gigaton box. I reached out and had multiple issues with them not recognizing the Ten Club order number.  Finally they did and then said that the Gigaton boxes were out of stock and that they'd have to ask Ten Club to issue me a refund.  Week goes by and nothing. I contact Ten Club to inquire about refund status and they say they have no record of any refund request from Nugs. So I'm now having to badger Nugs again to try and get them to initiate the refund request.

    Sheesh. I hope that you get it sorted out. I'm still waiting on tracking info, so we'll see how this plays out. For what it's worth, I ordered directly from Nugs and still had had to give them my order number four times.
