    Actually I think Obama used the MA model because he gave him leverage. He could say "look the repub gov from MA did exactly this" and avoid the socialism bullshit. Of course they called it socialism anyway because they are fucking lying assholes.

    And remember....the GOP/trump did away with the penalty. The penalty was supposed to push people to get coverage which helps lower premiums.

    I still can't believe the people I see paying massive amounts monthly for non-ACA plans. Plans that they have had forever through Anthem but health insurance isn't like life insurance. There is no cash value. If you switch plans tomorrow there isn't anything lost other than what you have paid on your year to date deductible.

    There is a maga farm client that I have that pay about $45K/year EACH for three partners. I'm sure it's a nice plan but I pay $15,600/year and I can't imagine their plan is any different.
