I told some of you in here that Vlad was good.  Hope you see that now.  He's torching the Yanks.

that homer he hit reminded me so much of his dad's swing.

I remember seeing him hit an opposite field homer in 2018 when he was in double-a so I figured it was a matter of time before he'd be a star.

ESPN just goes too far with the comedy.
this is ludicrous. career .258 hitter who swings from his ass every time and runs into about 30 per year. the definition of one dimensional.

    even sloppi hit for average.
Gary Sheffield 2.0 whom I also think should be in!
Shef had a similarly violent swing but had a career average of .292 and wasn’t a defensive liability.
He wasnt a good defender either.  You are remembering wrong.
he wasn’t….but you could at least put him out there.

It was I who called him Fat Vladdy. he seems to have slimmed down and is looking good.

still don’t like his camera mugging, sloppi jr. act at every AS game.

There was footage of him hitting balls off a tee and smoking them.  I think he was in HS or just came to the minors.  Just like you I knew he'd be good.

I just realized I took a photo with Cal Raleigh last year when I went to the MLB Store to meet Don Mattingly.

Fat Vlad has slimmed down and now is just Vlad ... for a while I thought he was using the Prince Fielder bat donuts in batting practice.  Maybe a little body shaming is good for your health now and then.

Im not sure I've ever seen a manager who whines about balls and strikes as much as Aaron boone
