    Shit I forgot my morning meds. And I have one of those 14 day containers thing for old guys like me. But I did have an egg white omelette with spinach, mushrooms and swiss. I think that was around 10:30am. NY time at a diner. $25 with tip. Oh wait I did have a double Titos bloody Mary, so subtract $8. Not bad actually. Yorktown Heights NY for anyone who cares. But why do they call them "coach" diners? This place looks nothing like a train car.

    I bet it’s delicious. 
    So good… the icing on top with the pumpkin swirl thingy. I shouldn’t either, had little high blood pressure last year when I was hospitalized for my foot surgeries… got it way under control, til recent stress 

    had a bad bad weekend… I’m back on track as of ( after this) 🤣… I’ve been really discipled … guess after 2 back to back vacations and some difficult situation it was bound to happen… I killed lot of chinese Saturday night, had a giant porterhouse with mash potatoes and a giant PC of cheesecake last night

    Ran this morning, can taste the salt in my sweat 😬
