Looks like I have two New Orleans orders that are lost in the mail. 10club told me to wait till August 6th if nothing moves.

What sucks about this is I've tried contacting UPS. They keep telling me to contact Canada Post (because there is an alternative USPS / Canada Post) tracking number where I would have to contact USPS / Canada Post about this issue. When I do contact USPS & Canada Post about this, they said they can't do anything about this. Both said I need to contact UPS.

If you use the alternate tracking # on usps.com does it show that they got the packages in Los Angeles?

On the USPS all it says is ..

Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item. 

Nothing more. UPS told me to contact them as it was shipped via UPS Innovations. 

Sounds like UPS still hasn’t handed over the packages to USPS 😣 That’s always the slowest part of the process but this seems like it’s taking way too long.

Yep. I have a feeling these 2 orders are lost. Those tracking numbers would have been updated by now since May 12th. Something. 

I’m in the same situation as you with my New Orleans poster. ( shipping to Canada )

Yep. I have a feeling these 2 orders are lost. Those tracking numbers would have been updated by now since May 12th. Something.

Nope. They just refunded the amounts. 10c didn’t pursue anything on their end.  Won’t talk to me. Nothing. Sad. I said they should be retaining an amount of times in case this happens and it has before.  They’ll replace the items . Said they are ‘out of stock’.  I replied check Jeff’s basement as probably 50 there. Other bands I’ve dealt with replace items no questions ask after like 6 weeks. I can get over shirt and even the poster but it’s the lack of effort.  I started contacting them 1.5 mths ago. Also as a small note the exchange rate changed so actually lost dollars on this.  .   Just frustrated and wanted to talk with someone.  Oh well…..

Got refunded the missing show edition weeks back. Got hooked up with the variant.
