    I'm honored to play the SMASH Benefit on 4/24 at The Crocodile. This year a slew of Seattle music luminaries will join house band Wild Rumors to pay tribute to the mighty Fleetwood Mac.

    Line up inlcudes Ayron Jones, Elaine Summers, Eva Walker, Ian Moore, Jeff Fielder, John Roderick, Kim Virant, Mark Pickerel, Molly Sides, Shaina Shepherd, Star Anna, Tekla Waterfield, TeZA Talks and Tomo Nakayama.

    Do it for Artie Fufkin! I hope you will turn up for my in-store at Easy Street Records on 8/23 so Artie won't have to ask—or tell me to—kick his ass for a man. We'll be celebrating the 8/22 release of Fade Away Blue.

    Then, on October 10th, I'll be joined by an ALL-STAR BAND at The Triple Door to celebrate the deluxe double vinyl reissue of my debut, Necktie Second. Tickets went on sale today (8/7).

    Ep. 271 - Pete Droge Isn't Fading Away

    SNEAK PEEK: SKELETON CREW - Fade Away Blue drops this Friday, August 22. We’ll celebrate with a FREE in-store concert at Easy Street Records in West Seattle at 7pm on Saturday, August 23.
    Some of you may remember the acoustic version of this song. I released it as a single in 2020 and as the B-side of the “Lonely Mama” seven-inch last year.
    I like that version and I love playing it live. But boy, does the song come to life with full production.
    The MVP award on this track goes to the rhythm section of Jay Bellerose (drums & percussion) and Paul Bryan (bass), who take the song to a whole new level with their deep and soulful grooves. I am so blessed to have such amazingly gifted players all over this record. As someone pointed out the other day, I’ve always had an embarrassment of riches in that department. So true.
    Just two more days and the whole enchilada will be in stores and streaming everywhere. I can’t contain my excitement.
