In a rolling stone interview from like 93 or 94 there was a song ed talked about that had those lyrics.. and there is another called "havoc" Has that ever been released in anyway?

    "havoc" was really "Habit", they were talking about the new songs that debuted in summer 95 and i guess they misheard the lyrics

    This YT video has an improv WMA tag and it references the lyrics you mentioned.
    May have been a tease of Black Eye.  Will need to listen to those shows again and see if anything else sticks out.
