Speak out or resist and that gets you in Jail. And yes, being loud and disorderly can get you in Jail. The courts will figure it out later. Get real.

    No administration wants to take any responsibility for the past actions of others in government.  We need to bite the bullet and give a pathway to citizenship for those here illegally who have not committed crimes.   Lock the border down, and make it known if you do not come forward by X date to enroll in the pathway, then you are subject to deportation.   Just like we need to actually balance the budget and pay debt down.  Got to put our big people pants on and act like adults.

    Edit: You get detained when you do not cooperate. Police procedures do not avail you of constitutional rights. Failure to provide ID can get you put in Jail. Speak out or resist and that gets you in Jail. And yes, being loud and disorderly can get you in Jail. The courts will figure it out later. Get real.
    Wow. You really are living in the wrong era and country. You also are willing to throw away 4th amendment rights as well. Cool.

    I don't understand how you think everything will work out.  How much is the legal bill you'll need to pay to get someone to listen?  What if you have $100 in the bank?  Someone's going to listen?   If the media doesn't care and publicize it, sorry, you are toast.  Say you get deported accidentally.  You think you are coming back to the states without money or the media standing up for you?  

    You are making scary comments for those that prefer freedom and liberty.  And sounds like you've lived a nice sheltered life thus far.

    You are trusting a government led by a president that didn't pay his contractors because he knew they probably didn't have the means or the stomach to go through legal proceedings to enforce payment.  You'll be left hanging out to dry by your government if your issues don't create issues for them, or have the money to hire a decent lawyer to keep fighting for you.
