Anyone out there ISO a PJ20 Mookie AP Poster to buy?

A good buddy of mine and fellow concert goer is getting ready to sell some of his PJ posters and other memorabilia from over the years and he has a PJ20 Mookie AP (?/30). I told him to hold off on putting it on eBay until I could find out from the forum if anyone would be interested. I know it used to be fairly valuable but from what I've seen on sites like expressobeans.com the last sale was in 2019 for around $700. I seriously doubt he's expecting that or would charge that to a fellow PJ fan. I do know that he had it stored flat until a year ago when he moved and used tubes for safer storage and travel. It has been flat again more recently and is in "Like New" condition. I'd appreciate any and all feedback or suggestions for him since I might be unloading some posters and misc. items myself soon. Thanks!
