  Good luck with your search. I tried for one of the S/N years ago and gave up. I was able to aquire the SE eventually.

  I have one I bought from the artist. I remember it being like 300-400 shipped from him.

  I can't remember the original price (even though I bought and still own one), but EB says it was UKPounds 180 (=USDollars 280) on release. Plus shipping and tariffs/customs/taxes etc of course. It was pretty expensive (in particular, when taking into account that was 12 years ago).
