I played the games, TLOU2 is probably my favorite gaming experience as an adult of all time. Knowing how the second season could potentially unfold I had been predicting for months it would line up with Pitt 2 and that Ed being cognizant of this would play it. Was thrilled to be right on that one. I had it twice before, the live debut at Wrigley before we had ever heard it and in Buffalo later that year one whole day after having the album. That song has morphed and grown in meaning for me, loved hearing it live again.
HAVE YOU NEVER PLAYED MARIO KART 8
I have and also love that, def different parts of my brain there. What PJ song pairs best with Mario Kart? Spin the Black Circle?

I understand the sentiment but physical media does nothing for me in my car , at the gym or in 98% of the ways I listen to music in this day and age.

I feel the same way. I mainly listen to vinyl at home. I also have about 3000 songs on my phone that I own to listen to when I am out and about, at the gym etc. I don’t belong to any music streaming services. Old school, I know. But I like to own my music.

The EP never came out on CD and as someone who doesn't own a turntable, buying the vinyl was pointless. I really relied on Spotify for that.

Same, I don't have a record player, but would ne more than happy to pay for cd or download. Not for 10c-shipping to Germany though.

That’s because tomorrow is the 10th.. newsletter and within such newsletter a CD version? A lovely marketing idea! 😂

I'm the same way.  I don't use a music subscription. I started a FLAC collection what feels like 20 years ago, so vinyl at home, digital flac via usb drive when I'm driving or on my phone when I'm mobile.    I don't think I'd ever have the time to rebuild that collection if I lost it, but adding to it an album at a time is pretty easy.

I even find rips of vinyl only releases that other people do, to listen to them digitally.   I think here in Canada it's considered format shifting, so legal.

I do feel like I'm a dying breed, probably because I started making my collection of music so long ago.  Most people now pay for the easy of streaming.

I tried to find a version to download, but without success.
