Yeah, I don't know if it can possibly come across on the bootleg (clearly not) but N2 definitely had an incredible vibe - as if everyone knew we weren't going to be doing this again for some time. The band knew it and the fans knew it and everyone just seemed really grateful to be there.JimmyV said:Pittsburgh had a special occasion feel that I haven't felt from the band since 2018. Sure there could have been deeper cuts, but I'll take Hunger Strike, Little Wing and the first ever Comes Then Goes tag.0 -
So… if you’re going to buy one Pittsburgh bootleg is it night 1 or night 2?1996: Randall's Island 2 1998: East Rutherford | MSG 1 & 2 2000: Cincinnati | Columbus | Jones Beach 1, 2, & 3 | Boston 1 | Camden 1 & 2 2003: Philadelphia | Uniondale | MSG 1 & 2 | Holmdel 2005: Atlantic City 1 2006: Camden 1 | East Rutherford 1 & 2 2008: Camden 1 & 2 | MSG 1 & 2 (#25) | Newark (EV) 2009: Philadelphia 1, 2 & 4 2010: Newark | MSG 1 & 2 2011: Toronto 1 2013: Wrigley Field | Brooklyn 2 | Philadelphia 1 & 2 | Baltimore 2015: Central Park 2016: Philadelphia 1 & 2 | MSG 1 & 2 | Fenway Park 2 | MSG (TOTD) 2017: Brooklyn (RnR HOF) 2020: MSG | Asbury Park 2021: Asbury Park 2022: MSG | Camden | Nashville 2024: MSG 1 & 2 (#50) | Philadelphia 1 & 2 | Baltimore 2025: Raleigh 20

Easily night one. Take away hunger strike and night two had a very pedestrian setlist than never felt cohesive. Yeah the crowd was great on night two, but I don't get everything else being said about iton2legs said:So… if you’re going to buy one Pittsburgh bootleg is it night 1 or night 2?"Fuck the talkin' let's start rockin" - Eddie Vedder 9-5-00 Pittsburgh

I found Nothingman sandwiched between 3 Ten songs out of place.inmyrvm said:

I'm the last person to ask to choose between N1 & N2. It’s not just the obvious; my vantage point was entirely different. N1 I was in the pit & N2 I was much farther in a seat. Different ways to experience a show. But I love N2. Made me feel a whole bunch of feelings in quick succession. Many tears were shed as well.
N2 had heart!#Grievance20250 -
It wasn't that it was between songs from ten. It was just out of place period. They opened with garden and I thought oh boy they aren't fuckin around tonight. Then the intro for nothingman hit and it sucked the air out of the roompearldavidson said:

Like you I have personal reasons for loving N1. Whenever I hear Footsteps on the bootleg I will look over at the harmonica and feel awed that I have it. But I absolutely loved the setlist for N2. Both of those shows were magical in their own ways. But I feel that way about most of the shows I saw on this tour.Shaindli1 said:I'm the last person to ask to choose between N1 & N2. This was my third show where I’ve seen Nothingman in the #2 spot. I hate it there really. I would have much rather preferred they just did Garden into Deep.inmyrvm said:

I agree Night 2 was better to be at - yeah it was a hell of a vibe. It was super emotional.
But Night 1 is definitely the better bootleg.Spectrum 10/27/09; New Orleans JazzFest 5/1/10; Made in America 9/2/12; Phila, PA 10/21/13; Phila, PA 10/22/13; Baltimore Arena 10/27/13; Phila, PA 4/28/16; Phila, PA 4/29/16; Fenway Park 8/7/16; Fenway Park 9/2/18; Asbury Park 9/18/21; Camden 9/14/22; Las Vegas 5/16/24; Las Vegas 5/18/24; Phila, PA 9/7/24; Phila, PA 9/9/24; Baltimore Arena 9/12/24; Pittsburgh 5/16/25; Pittsburgh 5/18/25

Maybe it's because it was the first time they were in town in 12 years and I stopped traveling to see them because of the long gaps, but I didn't feel that at all. If there was any emotion for me it was being letdown by the show (given, I was at state college). I get that aspect of it though if you've been to a lot of shows recently.Johnny Abruzzo said:I agree Night 2 was better to be at - yeah it was a hell of a vibe. It was super emotional.

Not sure if this got mentioned, but the guy Ed played Man of the Hour for on Night 1 was the "I love you, Eddie!" screamer during the encore break on night 2. We met him and his buddy in the pit. Nice guys.___________________________________________

I thought the N1 was the best recording. But enjoyed N2 immensely0

haven't listened to n2 yet but between the two shows, it had so much more emotion and the crowd was just nuts from the very beginning. n1 was probably the better of the two but the way N2 FELT had me thinking it was one of the best I had ever been toNoblesville 5.7.2010. I didn't even think the crowd was better on night two. That being said, that's not why I go to the shows. I had higher expectations for night two. The show just felt off to me. Of the 12 shows I've been to, it's probably near the bottom.PSUS2H said:
