I just hope to be able to see the film. I was told it will eventually be at some theaters in select markets but im not ever in those markets
I'm sure it will also be available digitally to stream.
Hope so..i was just repeating what the woman from EB I talked to the other day mentioned..I'd be happy to buy a stream
It'll probably be shown in our local theatres for one day only this Fall. Usually that one theatre in your state / province that was able to play PJ20, The Dark Matter Experience, Let's Play Two, Into The Wild etc ... My local Park Lane Cineplex will hopefully have a screening.
The premiere screening with the live EV performance on Thursday is sold out.
I am going to the premiere, but the Angelika theater where it is playing on Friday and Sunday is a five minute walk from my apartment. If anyone plans to go to there, let me know. Maybe meet up for a drink after.
"The closer you get to this community and the more you understand it, you cannot escape how difficult the challenges are for these families," Pearl Jam singer says in exclusive clip from Matter of Time
With this coming out, I'm hopeful for a full vinyl release of the Matter of Time EP with the acoustic at home renditions of Just Breathe, Future Days, Growin' Up, and Porch. Hey, at least they're on the digital version.

The show last night was amazing. The film was so heart wrenching to see what these families go through and the kids were so special. I can only imagine what their lives are like. They are so resilient. The concert footage was great, and some of the scenes of the kids were hard to watch in terms of the pain they go through. But that is why you all should go see this very important film. The message ultimately is very uplifting and it sounds like they are making great strides in finding treatments and cures.
After the film they had a panel on stage with the film director, Jill, the doctor who was in the film, and a mother and her daughter with EB who they featured in the film. The daughter is absolutely adorable.
After the panel, Ed came out and played. He played six songs: Keep Me In Your Heart, Picture in a Frame, Song of Good Hope, Porch, Last Kiss, Won’t Back Down. So mostly covers. But it was great seeing him play in any capacity. Here are a few photos. The lighting was not great so the quality is not up to my usual standards, but here they are:
