Are you able to use your mixer as a control surface for mixing tracks? I always found it easier to manipulate the controls and sliders on a physical board as opposed to making single adjustments with a computer mouse or track pad. I know a lot of newer mixers have USB capabilities for things like that.

I would prefer physical knobs for sure but I don’t think it would jive with the new set up. My Audient has a digital interface with those sliders, etc. The Mackie unfortunately is out of the loop.

And upgraded to Logic Pro. Now I’ve got to call Sweetwater and have them take this last 1% of the journey to the finish line! It’s been a lot of reading and ChatGPT problem solving and I’m almost there. The additional controls on Logic Pro are insane and I don’t know enough yet! LOL! Having fun!
