I'm guessing this is before they have to pay everyone and split among themselves

If that’s the case, there is probably not whole lot left to split 7 ways.

And they get to owe the IRS plus every state played if there's state tax.

You think they split it evenly between the five of them?

Probably.  Pay the crew, costs, and expenses of running the tour, and split what's left between band members?

It's kind of interested seeing they're at the bottom of the spectrum.

Not that many shows. And the 2 shows in Florida were in a 7,000 seat theater

The casino shows probably have a payout on top of the box office from the Seminoles which isn’t included here. Those shows are bringing the average down and it’s not accounted in the public revenue figures. The band was brought in to get people into the casino/hotel after all so they are getting a fee. Figure $161 a ticket and 18,000-20,000 per show and it’s around $3 million give or take for the arenas with the PJ premium. Depending on your pull an artist can even negotiate up to 110% of face value from the box office although I don’t know if PJ can command that. All of this is assuming they didn’t just get a flat fee which isn’t unusual. On top of that, figure  $1 million in merchandise, at the low end, even after the venues take their merch cut. So each member is probably getting anywhere between $100,000-$200,000 pretax after everyone else gets paid (the crew, management, support staff, etc).

First… what the heck is Peal Jam?

secondly… I’m guessing the money is split 5 ways once expenses are paid.  And I don’t think it’s an even split… I would believe Ed gets a larger share of the remaining pie.  Boom and Josh are likely paid a set salary by the band while on tour and their earnings are not a split of the revenue.
