anyone having trouble purchasing a boot download?

Keeps wanting me to sign in, but I've signed in 13 or 17 times now.
It allows the cd to be added to the cart. Not a download though.
It's like Groundhog Day, except with a bootleg.

    Are you trying to purchase a CD or a digital download?

    It allows me to add a CD to the cart with no problem, but if I pick a FLAC or anything else it tells me to login in or register.
    I'm already logged in though. So I log in again and it does the same thing. It's like an endless loop.

    I had this problem last year.  I reached out to the ten club and this was the response
