    NEW: German Chancellor Freidrich Merz says that Germany, UK, France and the US have lifted ALL range restrictions on munitions supplied to Ukraine.

    Ukraine is allowed to hit any target, anywhere inside of Russia.

    Additionally, Merz says that now is the time to arm Ukraine with long-range capabilities; possibly hinting at the delivery of Taurus.
