Ed's Speech Pittsburgh 5/18, Bruce, & America

in The Porch
Just wanted to say thanks to Eddie for his speech in solidarity and agreement with Bruce Springsteen about the current human rights abuses of the Trump administration at the end of Pittsburgh Night 2 (5/18/25). I've been deeply struggling with anxiety about the current state of things in America, especially as so few voices seem to be speaking up this time around compared to the first administration. I had been looking forward to these two Pittsburgh shows for a long time, and it meant a lot to hear the band who's been so important to me for so long continue to be vocal.
Thanks, Ed. Thanks, to Pearl Jam. Thanks, Bruce.
I know the band has their lives to live, but I hope they won't be gone too long.

I like when high profile people use their voice to stand up for what they believe in. ✌️❤️

He said some general stuff about the state of things in Raleigh N2 but he seemed to be filtering himself a bit.
