It was my 20th PJ show and I am beyond grateful to @JG82640 for making it extra special by hooking me up with GA!

It was a magical night and together with Sunday’s show, Raleigh will forever be a special place in my PJ universe from now on!

Thank you, Pearl Jam. Thank you, @JG@JG82640. My heart is full. ❤️
It was my 20th too... congrats!

My friend flew us up from CLT... we parked right next to PJ's charter jet... was hoping to see them on the way out, but apparently they didn't leave after the show. Missed it by THAT much!

Agree with everyone too... this was, far and away, better than Sunday! Was GA on Sunday and 104 for this one... very rare for me to have seats at a show. Great view, but, damn, it's hard to get moving up there! And I waaaannnnted to! Especially when the molly hit as Elderly Woman was ending!

Setting Sun was a brutal opener because my girlfriend of 4 years has been leaving me this week, so thank God they turned it up immediately following. Loved the person with the MFC sign in GA... for some reason that had been on my mind too... AND with Untitled? That was the only new song for (excepting the new album tracks)... was really hoping to hear Clairvoyants again and can always do without RITFW, but... damned fine set list! Wonderful pair of nights in our capitol city! Thank you!! Much love and best wishes around the world.

So grateful to have been there!

First time for my wife and I to line up early for GA.  Met some great people and had a great time in the pit.  Still coming down from last night

Has anyone noticed they played Bee Girl last time they played in NC back in 2013?

Maybe Eddie knows Sleepyhouse is about a house in Durham, NC where the band “did stuff,” and maybe thinking of Blind Melon influences him to play Bee Girl. 🤷

Tuesday night was great. First time seeing the band since they played Vs. in full in Greenville almost a decade ago. The band was firing on all cylinders and Ed's voice sounded so good. Hell of a show.
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

Both shows were excellent! With 24 song sets, I'll gladly take just 6 repeats, especially when the majority of those are bangers I'll be happy to hear as long as this band still lives on. Have thought Setting Sun would make for a great slow burn opener since I first heard it and I'm glad they finally gave it a shot after cutting it from so many encores (just didn't fit as well there or as a closer since they want the lights down for visual). Thought the Small Town sign along was one of the best I've heard. Carolina in my Mind snippet was one of those localized/unique show memories that will stick with me for this one. Somehow got my 4th Bee Girl in 13 shows when they've only played it 27 times...I guess that song is chasing me.  Great 2 nights in Raleigh.

An amazing show!  Loved the setlist and how it flowed through the night.  The band looked like they were having a lot of fun.

I saw Eddie put something in that guy's jacket he borrowed for a song.  Guess a signed something?  Some picks?

Oh wow! I missed that. That’s so cool.

And yeah - I think this show just CRUSHED!

Being in the pit helped - but even aside from that - the show was just awesome from start to finish. Great night!

I've been meaning to write this for a long time. When I was keeping track of the rumor page I was kind of shocked to see Raleigh on the tour list as they hadn't been here in years. So I just kept joking with my wife about how insane it would be if it actually happened. So when the tour was officially announced and I saw they were not only coming to Raleigh, but the shows would be on Mothers Day AND my birthday (may 13th) I really couldn't believe it. So we fill out our stuff for the lottery and wait. The day they started sending out the emails my wife and I were in the kitchen cooking and I kept checking my email constantly like the rest of us. First I got the email that we had scored tickets for Mothers Day and we hugged and danced around a little. Not long after I saw the email for May 13 and my heart started racing. I scrolled down and saw the magic words, "2xGA"....I literally started tearing up. I went outside and ran up and down the driveway. My favorite band was coming to MY city on my birthday and I was going to see them in the arena that I've seen my college (NC State) play basketball for years...and my wife was going to get the most amazing Mother's Day gift. She has always liked PJ, but since we've been together and I've taken her to shows they've become her favorite band as well.

I'll try to keep this shorter as I can already tell if I went into all the detail I want this would turn into a novel. We went to the Mother's Day show and of course it was incredible. We had great seats and they played one of my wife's new favorites (Wreckage). I was so incredibly happy for her. She's the most amazing mom to 3 boys and always puts everyone ahead of herself. She's been dealing with some health stuff lately and to see her so happy and dancing around was the greatest gift. On the 13th we go to my birthday show and I cannot put into words what it meant to us. My wife of course cried with joy on multiple occasions, we danced and laughed, I wish the night would have never ended. We didn't score any picks, unfortunately, but we did well getting all the souvenirs we wanted (shirts, poster, plate, etc). My wife said that it was the best Mother's Day ever and I will say it was the best birthday ever. We will hold these memories in our hearts forever and look forward to more shows together. Thank you so much, Pearl Jam, you have meant so much to me and helped me in ways you'll never know.

That's awesome, Runstaples! Always enjoy hearing stories from fellow fans about how meaningful the shows are to them and for all of the different reasons (especially for shows I also attended).
