I can't explain how this song is making me feel at the moment, but I'm gunna do my best to try!
It's fukin awesome! The lyrics are amazing and are so realistic (this isn't gunna come out at alll how I planned but who gives a shit!?)

I've said it so many times and people still disagree but Wishlist is one of THE best songs PJ have done and I thank em so much!
The song means a lot to me and I guess the fact that not many people like it, makes it even more special to me!

wishlist is absoltely one of the best songs, just amazing.
i like the lines:
"i wish i was a messenger and all the news was good" and the last line "wish i was a radio song the one that you turned up", just as the music starts to turn down...
wishlist is an awesome song, such a lyric...

The guitars are great, so harmonically, and I love the lyrocs too.
I like the " I wish I was a sacrifce but somehow still lived on" line
but the " I wish I was the evidence, I wish I was the greound with 50 million hands up raised and opened towards the sky"
the voice is rising in just an awsome way.
And the " I wish I was a the full moon shinig of your cameros hood" is beautiful too.
btw: In live concerts I think Ed sings, I wish I was a neutron bomb for once I COULDN'T go off( instead for once I COULD go off)

i don't know, Wishlist has always made me feel sad. The tags Ed did this year were uplifting but the song always kinda makes me feel a bit upset.
1) It's a list of things to look at and make you feel grateful for the things and the life you have
or
2) You can look at it and envy the life you want
This is just my interpritation but it can swing either way I think.

aaah, WISHLIST...to me it´s not a song but pure high level poetry disguised as singalong tune. I love all the images he used, and I always had the impression that all of them put together make a very good image of that poet´s inner self in all its capacities and priorities...There is so much grace in putting that in such a tongue-in-cheek-kind of tune!
