This song is really, really great! So touching, so wonderfull. Everytime I hear it, I'm totally moved.


Lost 9 friends we never know, two years ago today.
And if our lives became too long, would it add to our regret?

    I love the quiet opening which builds and builds, and then my favourite part....."Constant recoil, sometimes life it don't leave you alone!" I love how Eddie sings that.

    that's what's so great about it, it builds up and then brings it down and then up and then down. Awesome stuff, and some of Ed's best lyrics.

    How bout this....eleven years ago could you EVER imagine those words comig out of Eddie's mouth?! I think that just makes it even MORE special...love is all you need...ain't it the truth.

    I'm a big Beatles fan also, so I like how he references a Beatles song in "Love Boat Captain".
