Just checked in the Red Roof near the mall in Raleigh. I can't believe I made it all the way from Worcester. I can't believe I drove all that distance by myself without incident.

Driving in from MI via an overnight in Asheville with my bff of over 40+ yrs!! So excited didn't get enough of PJ last leg in Indy and Chicago!! What's happening tonight? Anything? Anyone? Anywhere? We are staying in a kickass Airbnb just outside of Raleigh.

Are there any GA line shenanigans I need to be aware of? The email says the property doesn’t open until 9 AM and that no camping is allowed. But I don’t wanna show up a little before 9:00 and there’s some unofficial self-policed line full of people that have been there for hours and I have to remind them of what the email said lol

I would recommend reading this thread (specifically, the last 20-30 comments) more carefully. It looks like there will be a line before the line, and that PJ security has arranged for this. I know the "mafia" has pulled a few fast ones in their day, but I plan to be in some sort of line before 9am Tuesday, for sure.

Now, if anyone tries a numbering system, or tells you to take a number, you tell them (in Logan Roy voice) to F**K right off!

There’s already a line and it’s maybe 40 people as of now. There’s no numbers or list, everyone is here waiting. We are at the pedestrian underpass underneath trinity Rd south of Gate A of the football stadium if you want to join before we’re moved to the arena.

When you say “moved to the arena”, is there reason to think that will happen prior to 9:00 given the wording of the email? And is it assumed that there will be security enforcing the “line before the line”? I don’t want to come out tonight and wait only for there to be a free-for-all at 9:00.

For the life of me I don't understand the logic of a line before the line and how that should take precedence over multiple notices made by the band. If they say 9, why can't that be good enough for people?

I'm also way too old to have conflict over stuff like this. So I guess it'll be what it'll be tomorrow.
