    All of the above. No, I don't think most fans of one Canadian team dislike all others but there are regional rivalries.  You won't find many Leafs fans that like Montreal, you won't find any fans of Ottawa that like Toronto, and you won't find any fans of Calgary that like Edmonton.
    I am going for Edmonton this year, although they don't really look like they've got it.

    As a Leafs fan, I hate the Habs and Sens and if they are ever playing for Stanley Cup, I still won’t cheer for them, even though Canadian teams. Lots of Canadian players on the other teams. If I recall, I believe Vegas has the most Canadian players in their line up

    During the regular season in winnipeg, there are so many leafs and havs jerseys at our games since there was no other canadian teams to root for in the early days them from 95-11, same thing. 

    You only see western canadian jerseys if those teams play here. 
    Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer
