I am obsessed and in LOVE with the way Pearl Jam has covered this song. I would LOVE to experience it live at tonight's concert in Nashville, Tues May 6.  

Crazy Mary has been my favorite PJ song since it came out 32 years ago!! .... it holds a very special place in my heart!

"That what you fear the most, could meet you halfway" .. Eddie's vocals are unparalleled, it's a deeply moving song! The live version is sung with such emotional depth, it would be EVERYTHING to hear it tonight!

    I was 10 years old when Crazy Mary came out. I heard the song after purchasing a double-disc Pearl Jam CD of covers. The CD cost me $65, which was a fortune at that age!  I meticulously saved up for that album, from babysitting to delivering newspapers, and selling my toys and Barbies at a garage sale ... I remember hearing Crazy Mary for the first time, it gave me chills, I felt it internally; it had me from the get-go and has been my favorite ever since!
