Doesn't the app require your phone # as well when downloading tickets? thought I read that somewhere, even if you give someone your login/password, it'll need the cell # to confirm...

It’s possible that it could require two-factor authentication via a code sent to the account holder by text, or could prompt the account holder to change their password for security purposes. That happens from time to time. But if it does, it’s no big deal- the account holder could simply text you the code or the new password and then you should have no problem logging into their account and accessing the tickets.

This! Happened in Florida and Atlanta, just coordinated via text to get the code and no issues after that
