Anyone selling 2 N2? Want to take my son for his 21st birthday. This show is actually on the date of his birthday. No better way to celebrate.  Thanks and peace!

I love a good dive bar.
Check out Shale's on 5th Ave, very near the arena.  Awesome after Pens games, but very much a dive.

Appears as of now to be the last NA show of the year, plus it’s the closest city to several areas that aren’t getting shows this year (Midwest, Northeast, Canada)

Pittsburgh has been my home base for concerts since about 1994 and It’s by far the toughest ticket I’ve seen in Pittsburgh for any band, show, or event ever.

I apologize if this has already been asked but do you need a car in downtown PItt for a weekend?

I am staying at the William Penn Hotel which is about 0.5 miles from the arena but I am not sure if that is walkable and/or a safe walk at night (after the show).

I will be in town for the weekend - do I need to get a car to enjoy the city?

I don’t think it’s necessary. Pittsburg is a great walking city, very safe, etc. Great area by Pirates stadium lots of bars, etc. If you wanted to go up the mountain, you can use the Incline. Staying about 1/2 mile away as well pumped for Sunday show.

For a 10 minute walk you won’t be alone. I know PJ fans will be staying at that hotel

I am aware of Google maps and used it to figure out that I was about 0.5 miles from the arena.  I just wanted to see if it was a safe walk (looks like we are walking under the expressway and we do not know the areas of the city well).  Google maps just tells you are route, not if it is a good route.

It’s a perfectly safe walk.. there will probably be several thousand people walking up to the arena

It’s a super easy and safe walk.  I think it’s even gradually downhill most of the way (from PPG).  Plus there will be tons of other people walking down 5th right along with you.  A lot of times I’ll park near 5th and Grant and I’ve never been creeped out.

Downtown Pittsburgh is less than a square mile. You can walk anywhere in 10-15 mins. You will see almost the entire crowd making that walk.

Unfortunately, I booked right after the tour was announced (I should have booked based on tour rumors like some other people did).

It is crazy that one band playing 2 concerts can drive up an entire city's hotel prices so much.  I don't think that happened in other cities for this tour.
