Anyone doing Kentucky Derby this year? Need tips

Hey

so with Pearl Jam being down south, Derby was always something I’d like to do… only 2.5 hours away, I’ll be in Nashville

just curious if anyone is going
has gone in the past

any tips to have a good time and not completely end up in the poor house 🤣 just a lil, with all the shows im seeing

feel like buying a fancy new suit and doing it 
Been to Belmont & Preakness before

    If you really want to do it right, you need to get a seersucker suit. Also, you must have a mint julep at all times. Basically, go for the old southern lawyer in a movie look lol.

    Never been to the derby, but I have visited Churchill Downs. Cool place and I really enjoyed the museum there.
