US-Arena box office ticket shopping - Shopper’s Paradise?

Is it possible to show up in person on location to buy a PJ-ticket - as long as the show isn‘t listed SOLD OUT (Ticketmaster online;)
If yes, do they print paper tickets?

Checked the MSG homepage just for example. Looks like it could be possible - when not all tickets are gone on day one.

Or are PJ ticket sales strictly via TM online? If yes, Is this for various bands and other events common?
Would be surprising to me when locals or guests can’t buy a NBA or NHL ticket right from the Box Office on location as long as a game isn‘t sold out. Anyway that’s a slightly different thing to a music event.

Question includes every Dark Matter World tour venue 2024/25/X + any arena PJ played in the past + worldwide if you like.

If in person on location is possible it’s possibly Face Value and not system linked to the TM online pricing - but who knows  :)

If there are tickets available for an event, yes you can buy at the box office most places.

As far as paper tickets go, in my experience this varies by venue, by event and can even vary for the same event depending on the person you get.

    Another question popped up:
Is every single unsold ticket on screen visible and available at the Box Office?
(would be very different to TM online)

    Shopper’s Paradise? - bump

Is there anyone on board who bought a box office ticket for a DM World Tour concert?
Or anyone working for box office ticket sales knowing how the TM system works if someone shows up and asks for tickets in real? Veiled + overpriced or are all unsold tickets visible + face value ?

How would / could the box office prevent someone who shows up more than once before sold out day?

not at all? - because cash payment? Or are different credit cards a must have for various transactions - meant is same event, bought on different days at a venue’s box office ?

don’t-stop-reading-before-the-very-end-edit: MSG is cashless! Stated with the last paragraph in the screenshot above.

    standard everywhere?

Thanks for your replies so far.

    >> Day of show ticket <<
makes a big difference here because the TM price is down to normal price.
Except for tickets from people who bought „overpriced“ tickets and those still listed in TM’s resale  system.

(based on what I have seen from Manchester, London, Berlin 1+2, Barcelona 1+2 > on screen 2024)

Day of show sales at MSG get you printed MSG tickets but the wait line for PJ is always long. I have walked in and bought tix for many not sold out shows

    !!!
So proven: The day of the show can be the Paradise.

Unproven - but I think it lasts way longer. A significant advantage for locals.
How TM on screen on location
looks exactly is still unclear - meant is long before show day.

MSG screenshot + pjl44 count as prove for the existence of a significant advantage for ticket buyers via box office > begin long before show day.
As long as someone points out
PJTM box office pricing usually isn’t fix face value/normal price.

My DM World Tour paper ticket

Full address on the second part. Name on ticket blacked out. Bought weeks before show date. At least 100% overpriced.
But it’s a TM online buy + printed at the venue‘s Service Centre on show day.
On the way to a merch stall (outside) I had to pass the Service Centre outside. Through the open door I saw computers and screens. In there I asked whether it is possible to print a paper ticket (for collection) with the order number or the reference number.
I showed the „You are in“ confirmation email on mobile phone.

Friendly staff checked at least the scrolling - no screenshot.
Done in less than a minute.
No wait line for anything. Show was not sold out.
From what I have seen the Service Centre could be the office for ticket-sales through the week. Unless the Co-op Arena is strictly TM online - except on show days.
