About Ohana Festival

Founded by Eddie Vedder in 2016, and a three-time Music Festival of the Year (Global, under 30K attendance) recipient by Pollstar, Ohana Festival is a leader in sustainability and conservation by combining the power of music and activism. The Cove, a one-of-a-kind area within the grounds, brings the festival’s core pillars to life: Oceans, Activism, Conservation, Indigenous Voices, Art, and Community Action. Leading the charge, the Storytellers Stage shines a light through its thought-provoking 3-Day panels led by renowned environmentalists, researchers, activists, professional surfers, and more. Fans can also immerse themselves in The Cove Gallery, where hundreds of curated art pieces, centered on the interlacing of music, street and board culture are on display and available for purchase. Proceeds benefit Ohana’s nonprofit partners through the Vitalogy Foundation. Programming will be announced soon.

Additionally, fans help make a difference with a portion of proceeds from Ohana also going to Vitalogy Foundation for Doheny State Beach Foundation and the San Onofre Parks Foundation, in addition to participating charities like Unidos South OC, Inc. Life Rolls On Foundation, Surfer's Healing Foundation Inc., Surfrider, and more.

Don’t sleep on Cage The Elephant regardless if you’re into the music or not. Incredible live band.

They're amazing.  I discovered/fell in love with them at CalJam 2017, when they opened for the Foos (along with Royal Blood and QOTSA).  One of the best concerts I've ever been to with that Power Quartet.

I love Eddie, but Cage is the band to see in Ohana in 2025.

James are great live. I know laid was the ‘hit’ in the US, but a great discography both pre and post in my opinion. Had other hits in the UK and other parts of the world.

Looking at VIP tickets for Eddie's night, but would rather not commit the money now. Are they reasonably priced closer to the event?

It won't get better priced than today....only goes up.

VIP is a waste of money at Ohana IMHO. As with any show, the prices will go down closer to show time. That said I did bite the bullet one year to make sure I had a ticket. I think I paid $800. Could have got a ticket for half what I paid.

I 100% agree that the VIP experience isn't worth the added cost.  Furthermore, the viewing area is to the side and a decent distance from the stage.  Last time I went I carved out a spot that was on the fenceline in front of VIP...  As I recall, in the past the VIP sell out...a buyer could wait it out and see what they are going for the day of the show or a couple of days before....but if @Ryan_WFC is wanting to make sure he has a VIP position, the ticket price will go up after the initial pricing.

They could not give tickets away day of. Best spot IMHO is in front of the soundboard. Great view of both stages. VIP felt miles away.
