Jeez, there were a lot of us in 117 the first night.  I had people sitting in front of me, so it worked out for us better view.

Only put in for the FLA shows because of the size of the venue.  Sure beats a baseball stadium, and at least I got one show, first time ever at a "tour" opener so that was cool.  No idea when my next show will be so after all is said and done well worth it in my mind.

To the portly little fellow who came up to me in section 303 a few songs in on Saturday night and said, "I hate to be that guy, but are you going to stand the whole time?" (while showing me a picture on his phone of me standing in front of 'his' view)...YOU ARE THAT GUY AND YOU'RE LAME!

If I feel like standing/dancing occasionally, I don't care who is behind me.  Thursday night I was right in front of the wheelchair row...sorry...not sitting for them or kids either.  I know we're all aging (I'm 52), but if I'm paying hundreds (almost thousands factoring in travel expenses), I'm not sitting on my ass for two hours at the greatest rock and roll concert a human can attend.

By the way, my answer to him was a polite..."Yes, I will be."  He walked away.

I could have been a real ass later in the show when he was standing to his greatest hits songs and I was taking a break and sitting (I get up for songs like Not For You...not Even Flow) and asked him to sit down.

Anyone who ever asks that of someone at a concert either doesn't go to many good concerts, or has a screw loose.  You're not in a damn movie theatre, you're at a concert!

    Rant over.
Honestly fuck that. It would have ruined my vibe!!
Indeed, i’m to soft to put that aside, would feel pressured the whole night. Was one of my fears when paying $1000 for N2 and being in the seats when not able to stand all night.
I know you just need to think like fuck it but i can’t haha..
I consider myself a nicer than average guy, but I wasn't budging here.  That being said, yes it probably did sour my night a tad...but when a song came on that I wanted to stand and dance to, I did without a second thought.  Would I prefer if everyone stood the whole show?  Yes, but I also don't mind occasionally taking a break for the speeches, some slow songs, and some pre No Code Fan's favorites, that just don't pump me up anymore, specifically Even Flow, Alive, Jeremy, Daughter, and Better Man.

Upper level seats are the worst man. I know what you guys are saying about the pressure - your choices are to sit for a rock show or feel the daggers all night. Just not worth it to me.
  • To be clear, it would have ruined my vibe *temporarily* but I still love upper level seats! That's my favorite band and I'll be participating - deal with it - but luckily most other fans know to expect some of us are going to stand and sing "and dance like no one's watching" 🤣 🤷‍♀️🤘

Great seat for $188 in Atlanta compared to $1000 for a show 1 hour from my home that I couldn’t swing.

Pounding the drum for proper Florida shows on the next tour and not 9 years between visits.  🙏

That's all, hope to get another chance in 2026🤞🤘.

I second this...and how about in Orlando (Kia Center holds 20K) or Tampa next time?

Yeah. Switch seats with the son of a gun!
He wasn't even right behind me.  He was probably three rows back, and yes, he also threw that seat switch option out there.  I declined.  I'm not moving my wife and I back even further to make that turd happy.  If he was right behind me in the last row up (so I'm not in front of anyone, sure, I'd switch).
    Lol. I hear you!!

Yea, 100%  Springsteen played the Hard Rock in 2023,  but also played Tampa and Orlando.  I went to Tampa.
Not to make it about myself, but this is my reality:
I live on the west coast of Florida
My wife is a special Ed teacher (20+ years) and can't take multiple days off to travel, as not only are there not enough teachers in Florida, there aren't many subs who are available that can cover a class like that.
My daughter, who I wanted to take, is in nursing school and can't miss school to travel right now.  We are helping her with costs.
Hurricane Ian came through, hit my house and did thousands in damage, which we fixed because it was less than the hurricane deducible.
Hurricane Milton came through last October and while not as bad, there were home repairs, again.
After a 9 year absence, my favorite band comes to Florida, an hour drive across alligator alley (maybe 90 min) from my home. (yay)
Stuck out with 10club tickets and tickets costs are $1000 each. (boo)
I glad everyone had fun, but it's hard not to feel dejected.  I'm just putting this out there for management, the booking company, or anyone else, to start a ground swell for some easier Florida shows on the next run.

I left my PJ N1 Ames poster on the plane.  I can't even blame United for not letting me go back and get it, I'm the absolute idiot here. Gutted!

In the unlikely scenario anyone has one going spare I'd love it again.  Thanks folks!
