From what I understand there are a set limit assigned to sell at shows and then a set limit that the tenclub can sell online after the show. The difference this time is that they actually had the tenclub allotment in house. Once Ames sold out of their AP’s the tenclub put up theirs. This is the normal practice but it just happened a lot faster this time around. Just my two cents.

    Indeed.

They've had 10C sales for at least 10 years and possibly longer. It's a different supply from the tour. Remember when they sold the posters that were supposed to be for the 2020 tour and they had those two different supplies? It seemed like the posters were sold out until a supply refresh.

The only difference here is that the posters for last night went up almost immediately. In the past, they'd be sold at random times after the tour ended.

I’m curious if the print run is less than usual since the capacity is a lot smaller than other venues

Same.  Or due to several show leftovers at 10c from last two years, less of a print run for this leg .👀

I just hope missing out on merch doesn't damper anyone's time at the shows/cities. ✌️

I have no official info, but have been told by bands and poster artists in the past that the number of posters printed is usually a set percentage of the capacity of the venue. It varies a bit by band, though.
Like, some bands that play to 10,000 capacity (like at Red Rocks), plan to sell/print 10% or 1000 posters.

PJ having a larger poster collecting audience probably do more like 20% (or more) of capacity.
If Hollywood, FL holds 7000 people, and PJ plan on 20-25% of the audience buying posters, maybe 1400-1750 posters printed then?

Again, I don't know what PJ do. I just know what other bands and posters artists say they do when considering number of posters to print.

But... I'd guess much fewer posters were printed for Hollywood FL (7000 capacity) than printed for United Center Chicago (23,000 capacity)

That’s really interesting, thanks for sharing. It makes perfect sense if that’s the case

How come the Glow in the Dark variants never seem to have how many were produced? As they are only signed. I take it it’s less then the normal 85 run for the black foul variant.

Just the opposite with a popular poster, now there is no 10C drop and those that bought at the show can sell at a higher flip. 10c members would hold back thinking they can get it from the shop. N1 - you're right no worry about tipping that one.

I would expect to have at least 2 to 3k available online if they wanna stop flipping. Unsold ones can go in mystery boxes later. But perhaps that makes no sense economically.

I assume only the ones sold from Ames directly will be numbered and signed. Any from the 10c will not, correct?

I've got one for sale in Lost Dogs right now. As for why they aren't numbered, not sure. Trying to get this one to a fan or collector at a decent price.

Lol, be honest. You’re trying to flip for a profit. You couldn’t give two fucks who pays you for it.

    $500 including shipping & insurance vs $450 w/o shipping from Ames? Maybe they had buyer's remorse? I don't know.🤷‍♂️

Honestly,  I paid $438 shipped from Ames because I put a $2 sticker in my cart before the sale went live. Ames ships in a big tube which costs extra to ship again. Insurance up to $500 is another $8. PayPal fees for goods and services is 2.99% plus 30 cents. Do the math,  and I'll gladly accept your apology.
