    Of course, today when there have been some hits is the day TM blocks me most of the day. I had access in the morning from my laptop, blocked from my phone app in afternoon (logged out of laptop) but able to search later from phone browser.

    In theory, with the page open, it should update without any intervention from us when new tickets are added, right? Or is there some other trick to seeing newly added tickets?
