    I can't even express how good the song is. Right before i heard the disc a friend told me "just go number 5" and when i heard it I knew.

    Jeff was all over riot act. ghost is one of pjs best for sure!

    the first line of the last chorus could very well be my personal favorite moment of any Pearl jam song.


    plus mcready kicks ass on cropduster and then takes it up a step on this song.

    actually, i'm going to edit this post to note that i don't know if jeff or ed wrote that line, since the credits on the album have the lyrics written by Ament/Vedder. i just assume that ed's beef with advertising was coming thru on that one.

    When i first heard riot act, this song was the stand out for me along with save you. I think along with i am mine these 3 songs are vintage pearl jam. Suprised at the lack of play it got on the riot act tour but one hell of a rocka!!!!!
