If someone can clarify I'm sure I'm not the only one a little confused and didn't see the answer in the thread. If a ticket was purchased for $185 in the presale but we sell it f2f or face value exchange, does Ticketmaster turn around and price that ticket for what we paid or do they list it for top dollar. For example, If I purchased tickets through tenclub for Hollywood and can't go and do I get back my original amount paid and Ticketmaster turns around and resells it for more?

If it remains on TM then it should be listed the same price you paid for it. Now, if it ends up on some other unnamed site, the sky is apparently the limit.

Good to know. All the new ones that pop up are about a grand each so was just curious.

It goes for the original price. F2F is different than verified resale which lets the seller set the price. It’s designed to “get tickets to fan” at the original price and prevent Ticketmaster from double dipping like they do with verified resale. Even with verified resale, the seller sets the price not Ticketmaster. It’s like that for all the scalper sites too. In you case you will get back what you paid and the ticket will be sold on TM at that same price.
If you put up your tickets please coordinate with someone or list the link here with a heads up. It will give forum members a chance to beat the bots and see the ticket upsold on the scalping sites.

I do plan on going but if something comes up I will make sure they're in the hands of a fan. Wish there was a date in Tampa for the people that got iced out
It drives me nuts how often resale tickets show up and then when you click on them it says they’re no longer available, but it will take TM 10-20 minutes to actually remove the seats from the seating chart. Yesterday, I even got the tickets into my cart and only when trying to pay did it tell me they were no longer available. TM is just messing with me at this point!
Does anyone know if you can transfer a ticket on TM without selling? Used to be you could transfer to those in your party so they would have their individual ticket stored on their own phone/digital wallet. It looks like with all these new restrictions, that is not possible any longer

You can’t transfer these tickets to another person, unfortunately.
Excitement is definitely building! Can't wait to see the guys in Pittsburgh
