Just got this email from the Swedish National Television:

"It is a nice and atmospheric short film but the the style of it feels too young for us at "Swedish National Television Short film section" and in the high competition we have chosen to prioritize other titles this time. Having said that, we see several qualities and hope that you can continue to find other ways to get the film distributed."
"Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"

    Just the fact that they responded in a very positive manner you should be damn proud I give you a ton of credit for doing something you believe in, keep your chin up and keep at it ✌️

    I’d tell you to send it over here but trump has mel gibson, sylvester stallone and jon voight wstching over hollywood, so you might not have any luck.

    but, seriously, keep going and keep trying! I’m sure s lot of creative people have faced disappointment before they found success.

    Take it easy. It was a daily disappointment. Not a yearly one. It had already been passed on by one or two film festivals some years back. But still.

    The US is starving for content. If it is watchable, you will find someone willing to put it on a streaming site.

    I am pretty sure Tubi takes virtually anything that isn't just straight up porn.

    Was sooo sure about buying some Nintendo stock yesterday. When it was down like 6-7 percent or whatever.
    And toooday it is upppppp 11%.....

    Just found that now when a collogue is leaving, that he has had $1100 more a month in salary than me 

    Whatever happened with socialism and not fucking me over in life.

    My lazy 20 year old college kid complaining. No job. No student loans. Everything paid for. I have spent over 20k on orthodontics. New Iphone 16. Mom cooks his meals. Single dorm room at college. When I was 20 the last place I wanted to be was home. Get the heck out and start living your life. Go see a show. Go to a club. Get a tattoo or an earring. Go get laid. His generation is so unmotivated and protected.
    I sound like an old man but at some point he needs to just take responsibility for his own life.
