MJ LENDERMAN

Anybody else here into MJ Lenderman?

I honestly think this is my favorite new artists in the past 15 or so years.  Excellent musician, catchy satirical wordplay and a fantastic live show (I only know through bootlegs right now but I have tix to three of his upcoming shows).

Please do yourself a favor and check him out.  I'd start with his lastest, which is called Manning Fireworks.

I’ll check him out. Saw Wednesday right before they released Rat Saw God. Of course, he is now no longer touring with them.

Love him. Saw him last month in Athens and he and his entire band were awesome. Just had a huge piece written about him in GQ that is an absolute must read.

Listened to the most recent album.....reminds me of a morose version of early Beck

    I'll be at night 3!

Also got tix to night 2 at Levon Helms Studio.  I think that places holds like 150 people.

Finally I'll see him open for Waxahatchee at Beak and Skiff Apple Orchard.  "Right Back At It" is surely to be played

I am very lucky to have found a pair of tix close to face value.  Now that MJ has gotten more popular the tix are getting out of control.  Average price is like $450!

I'm tempted to attend another night of Brooklyn Steel as well.  This is my favorite new artist of the past MANY years.

I saw MJ in houston recently. I’m not a huge fan but I was really looking forward to it. I was underwhelmed to say it kindly.

Wow I've listened to about 10 of his shows and they all sound brilliant to me

I'll be at his next show in Brooklyn!
