Bourbon barrel name

I recently was selected to pick a barrel of Buffalo Trace and I get to select the medallion. I want to tie PJ into the name and so far I have a couple ideas but wanted to see if there was a better option. Below is what I have come up with so far. I want something that is welcoming to outsiders but a nod to fans.
