Surprise in the mail

I was surprised to see something from 10C In the mail today, as I hadn't ordered or won anything. Opened it and found this minty guest pass from the Riot Act tour. No note with an explanation. Do they occasionally clean out the dark corners of storage and send these out to random club members?
