Can anyone suggest places to visit on the off-day Wednesday? We are thinking the freedom trail, the aquarium and the Jimmy Carter library. Anyting else? Thanks!0

Zoo Atlanta, College Football Hall of Fame (if you like college football), World of Coke. If you go to the Jimmy Carter library, check out Little 5 Points which is nearby. Lots of shops, record stores, restaurants (I recommend The Vortex or Fox Bros BBQ).JOEJOEJOE said:Can anyone suggest places to visit on the off-day Wednesday? The MLK Museum and his old church are well done.
Atlanta traffic is hellacious, so you have been warned. I travelled there every week for work for 3 years (that I don't remember).0 -

Thanks for the traffic warning. Is the drive from the airport to downtown at around 4pm on a Tuesday affected by the traffic?kaw753 said:

I remember seeing Truckadelic at The Star Community bar when I was in town for PJ in 1998.......loved how prevalent Pabst Blue Ribbon was!0 -

It doesn’t matter if it’s 4pm or 4am. Traffic is always bad in Atlanta. I’ve never understood why in 30 years of visiting the city.JOEJOEJOE said:
