hahaha I get it. The 14 year old version of me that fell in love with Pearl Jam in 1991 would hate this song...but now in my 40s with a child of my own it hits different.

anyone else having issues with their tickets through the ticketmaster app? its shows the tickets for me but freezes when i go into the tickets and can't scroll to 2nd ticket or even view ticket. i even deleted the app and re-loaded it and does the same thing. i know it's a few months out but kind of annoying.

I can open the app and kinda view the ticket, but it is displaying a message for me saying to "add to wallet to enter the event". I have not added any of my tickets to my wallet just yet.

You can double check it on the website in a browser. It’s basically the backup method if the app is wonky.

Maybe we are still too far out from the shows for them to have generated barcodes for the tickets?

Oh yeah. Barcodes won’t be there for a while. I’ve had shows where they didn’t appear until something like 72 hours before the show. It’s always been for shows that don’t allow transfers.

oh i can see the tickets its just when i try to swipe to the 2nd ticket or even 'view details' it just freezes up on me. ever after re-installing the app. that's never happened before. at least its a few months out so don't have to panic too much yet.

pjhawks I had the same issue on both the app and on the website. I spent the better part of 2 hours on the phone with Ticketmaster where I got different answers from different people. They had me reinstall the app and log in again, they had me open an "incognito" tab on my laptop, and nothing worked. Aside from the freezing of the tickets, I also couldn't get past the verification codes. Every time I entered the code, it said they needed to send another code. After much frustration, the phone rep insisted that my tickets were purchased from Ticket City (owned my TM, but stealth to users) and they said I had to contact them to try to sell my tickets. I called BS on this because I know people who successfully listed and sold their tickets. I finally hung up and gave up. Anyone else encounter this?

I did, in May 2024 but I had to use the TicketMaster app. Sounds like you aren't having success with that either.

Same experience. Have to randomly keep trying and still only works on occasion. Ticketmaster said nothing they could do further contact my internet service provider. What a joke !
