I just hope its one of these releases that come out before the Archives release (like Homegrown, and a bunch of the OPS), because waiting another 3-4 years it could be painful.
I hope everyone that wanted tickets to see Neil got some today. If not yet the presale code is loveearth.

Coastal: The Soundtrack is a live recording and companion piece to the Daryl Hannah-directed tour documentary recorded during Young's 2023 Coastal solo tour. The solo album features 11-songs selected from Young's 60-year career, recorded live on his 2023 tour, ranging from "I Am a Child" to "Vampire Blues," and featuring Young on guitars, piano and harmonica. It is as intimate a live album as Neil Young has ever recorded, created at a time when the world was coming out of hibernation from the Covid pandemic. Recorded in several cities, it is an album for the ages as the singer-songwriter finds new emotional power in 11 of his songs.

I'm guessing PJ is going to be hanging around Seattle just after Labor Day. You know, when Neil comes to town to play at the Gorge. At least that's my pitch to speak it into fruition.

Not an update on Mirror Ball Live exactly, but Neil says the next ORS box (i.e. the one containing Harvest Moon, Unplugged, Sleeps With Angels, and Mirror Ball) is coming “soon… maybe next!”

I saw the last box "used" but mint for 100 dollars in my local shop. Skipped it.
BUT I AM NOT SKIPPING THIS BOX

I only need Unplugged from the box, but apparently this is the all analog transfer of Harvest Moon (The recent pressings are sourced from digital apparently). I'm also interested in this different mastering of Mirrorball.

“Neil is the only one that would be a big fan of the band and then get rid of Eddie”: how Pearl Jam and Neil Young came together to make Mirror Ball
The grunge superstars learned a lot when they teamed up with the rock veteran to make his 1995 album, but they regret not putting their name on it.
