    I'm not that much of a fan for this song but i love the guitar tone on this one,it's fat and it rocks!

    I think the only difference b/t the newer and the older verisons of this song is that they added the organ to it. I still see the same old song that I love dearly. I guess b/c it has some value to me as well. "if I have known then, what I know now" it doesn't get any simplier than that:)

    those lyrics, at the end of the song, just makes the song so special, well, to me it does. You realize that you made a big mistake, but you can't help it, you can't change the past, so you move on. But if you would have known that at that time, things would be like this, then maybe you could have done something about it, but when reality sets in, you really can't change anything. It is a reflection on one's own life and their choices and what paths they have chosen.

    i love the original version because it has always been one of my favorites, probably top five.

    i love the newer version because i finally got to hear it live last summer in columbus.
