    perhaps but I see no scenario where they reduce the schedule from 82 games, which is something anybody works in an arena in concessions, security, etc never wants to hear about.

    I know. Ideally I think it would be better with a lesser schedule though.

    dallas fans don’t seem to be too happy about this.

    I saw it on the ticker about three times last night before I realized it was a trade. I thought they were touting some upcoming game i.e. luka vs. AD.

    both are currently “injured.” of course they are. that said, I think the mavs are out of their minds.

    “street clothes” davis is out a lot, too. I just did the math…both have averaged 60 games per year in their careers. only joel embiid would think that’s a lot.

    F-in Luka sitting on my IL in fantasy for a month plus has been real helpful. Was surprised to see this trade pop up, but the age difference alone gives the W to the Lakers on this. Huge defensive loss though. Luka should be able to keep the weight down until at least he's 30 and locked into a supermax deal 😅 . Both have plenty of underlying health issues.
    It's a hopeless situation...

    The NBA isn't dead but they do a lot of stupid things. Like having the trade deadline occur during Super Bowl week. 

    Fox and Wemby on the same team is gonna be a lot of fun.
