For some reason this song is disliked by many (but I know you Ghost lovers are out there!)....I understand the disliking of Ghost; I myself disliked it for quite some time. Now, I can't imagine not listening to it a few times a week. This song speaks to me!

"So much talk it makes no sense at all....My senses have gone! (awol)"

The music may not be incredibly dynamic, but it does it's job and is functional in a form meets function sort of way. Also, it fucking rocks HARD!

And the end: aside from Rearviewmirror this is probably the most dramatic, wrenching, heartfelt coda of any PJ tune:

no worries, it's an oldie so I had to do a search and change the date range back to last year to find it. haha. I thought it was well worth it though so you could feel comforted in knowing a thread exists with fellow GHOST fiends just like you.

Ahhh I'm hoping to hell they bust this bad boy out in CANADA!

While it not getting played that often makes it even more special...I'm also just flat out dying to experience this one live. What...a...ROCKER! Wastes no time!

I fear it won't be played often ever, really. I think it'll be a rare one forever. I'm just happy it's on the Showbox DVD.

Yeah I hear ya. Well anything is possible with this band and who knows, maybe they'll feel our intense GHOST love at one of the shows either one of us are at and bust that shit out. Not gonna give up the hope!

Oh, I have hope that I'll hear it one day...but I suspect that I'll be quite fortunate....I could be wrong but it's not necessarily a crowd favorite, and I think PJ knows that....

I fucking love this song! My fav off RA. For some reason, the few times I have heard it live, it doesnt sound quite right? Anyone know why that may be (not a musician ...maybe there are effects or something that were done in the studio that dont translate live?)? Maybe its just me.

I haven't noticed, to tell the truth. I've only got two live versions of it, and they sound alright to me.

Anyone notice something "off" with Ghost live?

HMmm, well I guess the only thing to say is that they hardly EVER play it...and practice does make perfect.

I really think that's all it is. I guess the only thing that I can kinda see sounding a little off at times is the backing vocals. I dunno. Regardless though, doesn't take shit away and I've loved every live version I've heard. LOOOOVE <<Osaka>>... but it definitely does has a different vibe...then again, every song on that one does. It's way more initimate and gentle.

I thought BOSTON 3 was KICK ASS! Everything translated perfectly. That solo?! Those drums?! Ahhh love it!

This song RULES!

Definitely enriched lyrics in this song. This one probably took some time in the studio if you think about it. I like listening to it during the fall when it's really cloudy outside.

Just started a thread in the Porch, although I don't know if it'll do much. I can't get to any of the shows announced so far, so until a Philly show or a tour is announced, you're on your own out there. I'll do as much as I can from here, though!
